It's going to GLOW in the gym here at NWCC April 24th! If you've ever wanted to try Cardio Drumming now you can do it in the dark (so no one sees), and have fun while doing it! Let's fill the gym with glowing drummers, loud music, and lots of enthusiasm- all while still getting a workout!
This special night is a "Ticketed" event so that we can make sure everyone has a ball, bucket, and sticks!
Sorry, no punch cards, and Y members also need a ticket. This special event is to support NWCC's cardio drumming program.
